Here's what's happening...
Dear Parent(s) of 2016 – 2017 Cedar Heights Timberwolves.
Join us on the first day of school from 8:15—9:00 in the Cedar Heights
library for coffee and pastries with Principal Maurer and the PTSA.
You’ll have chance to catch up with friends, meet new parents and
find out what Cedar Heights and the PTSA has planned for the
coming school year. We look forward to meeting you!
The Cedar Heights Laptop Roll Out will look very different this year. Instead of doing it all in one day, it will be done over a period of time. "Computer Carts" will be put together for 8th grade classrooms and be distributed. 7th graders will come to the library, check them out and take them back to a designated classroom to log in. This new process will take place over several days. You can help by donating a couple of hours of your free time to help put the computer carts together. It can be an hour...it can be three hours of your
time. Mrs. Grad will help guide you in what needs to be done.

The Kent Area Council PTA Clothing Bank provides clothing to the children of the Kent
School District. Each school in the district takes turns providing volunteers to help run
this service. Cedar Heights will be putting volunteers together on Tuesday, September 13th from 5:30 PM- 8:30 PM. Since this is the first night of the year, it will be a VERY BUSY night & we could use as many volunteers as possible! Your student is welcome to join you or if you have a high school student, they can get some of their volunteer hours taken care of early in the year!
